TERMS OF DELIVERY 1. Delivery time The normal delivery time is less than 20 working days from the day the payment has been received by Malrun on the account specified in the message to the Customer. If the product is in stock we will do our utmost to deliver within the delivery time. If the product is not in stock it will be delivered as soon as it is delivered to stock from our suppliers. We make reservations for the liability of delays or failed deliveries caused by discontinued products or the stock handling of our suppliers. We also make reservations for price difference on the web page caused by wrong price codes, wrong number of CDs in boxes etc. 2. Order form When we receive your order is it considered binding on your behalf. Malrun's bank account number and the procedure of payment is further specified on www.malrun.dk. The cd(s) will delivered according to the Terms of Delivery as soon as your payment has been recieved by Malrun on their bank account. We recommend that you save a copy of the order form if you should need to contact us concerning the order. The product will be sent to the address you specify in the order form. 3. Freight and Payment Deliveries within Denmark: The price for a cd is DKK 50. The basic freight cost is DKK 15 and this cost is added to the price of the cd. If you order more than one cd you will pay DKK 50 per cd + DKK 15 in basic freight cost + DKK 5 in additional freight per extra cd you have ordered. Deliveries outside Denmark: The price for a cd is DKK 50. The basic freight cost is DKK 30 and this cost is added to the price of the cd. If you order more than one cd you will pay DKK 50 per cd + DKK 30 in basic freight cost + DKK 5 in additional freight per extra cd you have ordered. We reserve the right to decline a order if the shipment of cd(s) to a specific address somewhere in the world will cause us special difficulties or much highter freight costs than the above stated. 4. Return policy and guarantees Please notice, that you are not entitled to return products unless they are defect upon arrival to you. We only accept economic responsibily if you contact us concening the defect via the email address specified on our webpage without undue delay upon receiving the product. Any message shall contain the following information: a) order reference, b) title of the product you wish to return, and c) description of the problem/defect. You will have to pay the freight cost for the return. 5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction Any disputes out of or in connection with the delivery shall be governed by Danish Law and Venue.
